Flame regulation in Electronic Gas Hobs

Question:

  • How does flame regulation work in electronic gas plates?

Applies to:

  • Electronic gas hobs

Answer:

  • For technological reason, the burner gas regulator can only regulate the gas flow downward

  • If the selected level is higher than the previous one, the flame will go for the minimum to maximum level and then decrease to desired level

  • It is normal, for technical reason, that 2 semi-rapid burners can have slightly different power setting at the same level
