Resolution

  • Check the SPAM folder in your mailbox. The email should come from the address: notifications@electrolux.com
  • Make sure the email is spelt correctly, by trying to register again. If you got the message “your email is already registered” it means you entered the correct one
  • Registration email should arrive up to 1 working day
