Before any maintenance operation, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
Always take care when moving appliances, for heavy appliances it's necessary two persons to move it.

How to exchange the bellow seal
1 | Remove detergent drawer | |
2 | Pull the edge of the bellows, dismantle the outer spring of the bellows | |
3 | Tuck the bellows into the housing | |
4 | Unscrew 4 detergent drawer screws | |
5 | Unscrew 4 front panel mounting screws | |
6 | Dismantle the front panel, disconnect the connectors of the control board | |
7 | Disconnect the connectors of the inlet valve, dismantle the valve from the body. | |
8 | Disconnect level relay connectors, level relay tube, dismantle relays from the housing. | |
9 | Unscrew the screw of the coupling fixing the drain coupling, dismantle the drain coupling from the bath nozzle. | |
10 | Raise the body (or lie it on its left side) and unscrew the 4 screws securing the shock absorber legs. | |
11 | Disconnect the connectors of the heating element, ground wire, motor connector (pre-bite the plastic wiring fixing locks with nippers) | |
12 | Touch the bath by the mounting ears, lifting the telfer, dismantle the springs of the bath | |
13 | Undershoat the bellows spring, dismantle the spring | |
14 | Remove the bellows, clean the remnants of glue in the bath | |
15 | Smear the drain of the bellows with glue, mount it into the hole of the bath, mount the bellows | |
16 | Assemble the UM in reverse order. |
