Slow or water not heating up

Applies to

All freestanding coffee machines.


Where the water is slow or not heating up, consumer to check the following - 

  • Is there power to the appliance?If not - 
    • Check the fuse within the plug
    • Check the circuit breaker has not been activated at the mains electrical point
    • Check that the appliance has been switched on at the front of the appliance.

  • Has the appliance been descaled? If not - 
    • Advise to follow the descaling instructions within the manual using a recommended descaler.
