TYPE

Induction – Make the most of your culinary skills. Induction hobs are quick heating and extremely responsive meaning that you can confidently use techniques where the right temperature is crucial. If you need even more versatility you can even select an induction hob with flexible cooking zones. The surface around the pots on an induction hob stays cool, making it very safe. 

Gas – A popular choice for home cooks and chefs alike, the open flame of gas hobs making heat truly visible. Gas hobs are easy to control and can be used with all types of pan. Our new generation high-speed burners get you cooking up to 20% faster compared to standard gas burners. 

Electric –  With a heating system that hides under a tough ceramic glass surface electric hobs are smooth and easy to clean. Electric hobs work with all types of pans and offer cooking zones in different sizes.

SPACE 

Select your hob depending on the space you have available.

30-36 cm – Hobs that fit this space have 1 or 2 cooking zones and they are ideal for compact living and smaller kitchens.
60 cm – This is the most common hob size and will suit most households, offering 3 or 4 cooking zones.
70, 75, 80 or 90 cm – Ideal for a larger family or an aspiring home cook, these widths cater for hobs with up to 6 cooking zones. Hobs of this size can also offer flexible cooking zones.

Remember: Your countertop needs to be at least 25 to 30 mm deep to accommodate our hobs.
